Plan your adventure

Over four incredible days, we invite you to discover the trails, lakes, and forests of the Haliburton Highlands through a wide variety of guided hikes led by knowledgeable hike leaders.

Beyond the hikes, explore farmers’ markets, arts and cultural sites, live entertainment at local venues, and events like ColourFest in the Village of Haliburton. You can also book personal experiences with local tour operators to make the most of your fall adventure in the Highlands.

We’re excited to announce that this year’s Hike Haliburton Festival registration will be powered by PheedLoop! This new system will help us better manage group sizes and ensure more people can enjoy our guided hikes.

Here’s what’s different this year:

  • One registration = one hiker
Each participant will need to register individually using their own email address.
  • Why the change?
In the past, some hikers reserved multiple spots for large groups, but not everyone would attend, or take spot in multiple hikes that would happen at the same time. This led to empty spaces and missed opportunities for others who wanted to join.

Thank you for helping us make the festival fair and accessible for everyone. We can’t wait to see you on the trails!
