Established in 2003, the Hike Haliburton Festival is Canada’s largest hiking festival!
Plan your adventure
Over four incredible days, we invite you to discover the trails, lakes, and forests of the Haliburton Highlands through a wide variety of guided hikes led by knowledgeable hike leaders.
Beyond the hikes, explore farmers’ markets, arts and cultural sites, live entertainment at local venues, and events like ColourFest in the Village of Haliburton. You can also book personal experiences with local tour operators to make the most of your fall adventure in the Highlands.

Registration Information
This year’s Hike Haliburton Festival registration is powered by PheedLoop. The system helps us manage group sizes and ensure more people can enjoy our guided hikes and experiences.
Before You Begin
- One registration = one participant. Each hiker must register individually using their own email address.
- If you are registering more than one person, you must log out after completing each registration. This resets the registration window and allows you to start a new registration for the next participant.
- Be sure to scroll to the bottom of each page in the registration window.
- Click the Continue button at the bottom of each page to move to the next step and complete your registration.
Why the Change?
In previous years, some participants reserved multiple spots for large groups or signed up for overlapping experiences but were unable to attend all of them. This left empty spaces and prevented others from participating.
Thank you for helping us make the festival fair and accessible for everyone.
Adjusting Your Hike Schedule
Need to make changes after registering?
- Log in using the email address you used to register.
- On the schedule page, experiences you’ve selected will have a red button. Experiences you haven’t selected will have a blue button.
- Click a red button to remove yourself from that hike or event. The button will turn blue, confirming you are no longer registered.
Please note: Cancelling your registration may allow another participant to take your spot.
If you have any questions or need help with registration, please contact us at info@hikehaliburton.com.
