The community is invited to Dorset on Saturday, July 27 for the grand re-opening of the Dorset Recreation Centre! The fun gets underway at 11 a.m. and will include a catered lunch, children’s activities, speeches and live music courtesy of Haliburton County-based, 10-piece soul band Adverse Conditions! And of course, you can take a tour of the renovated DRC!
The event will also include the official opening ceremony of Tapscott-Lopes Park, previously known as the Dorset Pavilion and Community Park, on Main Street. Please join us for what is going to be a big day in Dorset!
