Come and share an engaging evening of stories and songs with David Archibald. As a singer/songwriter David has performed at some the finest venues in the country. These include: the legendary Riverboat, Hugh’s Room, The Black Sheep Inn, the Banff Centre, the Rockcliffe Hotel, Yonge/Dundas Square and Queen’s Park for Canada Day.
He has shared the stage with the likes of Jesse Winchester, Leon Redbone, Charlie, Farquarson, Al Waxman and the Barenaked Ladies. David also produced the first recording of pop star Avril Lavigne.
He has written for and performed on Sesame Street in NY and CBC’s Mr. Dressup. His songs have been featured on two Juno-nominated CDs. While signed with RCA, David worked with renowned producer Jack Richardson (Guess Who, Bob Seger).
He is an award-winning musical director and his musicals have been produced across Canada.
David has been commissioned to write and record many songs for our National and Provincial Parks celebrating our natural and cultural heritage. He has performed for more that 50,000 park visitors over the years.
He also continues his work with developmentally handicapped adults at Kingston’s H’art Centre.
